Sunday Dinner

ETA: To answer Erin's question about whether my kids ate this:  Sort of.

We've had the soup before to their mixed reviews.  It's one of those ones that they don't hate, but don't like enough to gobble up.  Yet, if pressed to eat more to have something after dinner, they will eat it.  And they aren't gagging or really complaining.  Honestly, I'm not even sure if Jason likes it.  I do and I like that I have 2 days of leftovers for lunch to look forward to. 

But the asparagus, they actually ate and liked.  Asparagus is a hard sell to kids and they liked this.  Again, not licking their plate, but not yelling about it.  I'd highly recommend this recipe although it is a little messy to make especially when you enlist your 5 year old chef in training to help.  Panko was EVERYWHERE!

Did your kids eat this? Because if so, I am going to be insanely jealous. LOL.
