Caroline and Bryce have long had an interest in UPS since they learned that daddy works for a non-package delivery sector of UPS. They see it on many of his shirts and they see it ALL the time on trucks and packages. So much so that Bryce has a hard time sleeping on the road because he always seems to be scoping for a UPS truck and gets very excited to see one. I'm always shocked how far away he can spot one.

So this evening I was sitting on the couch in our living room directly in front of our computer while Caroline was "typing." I think she likes to pretend she's like mommy and daddy using the mouse and typing what she thinks are emails.

When all of a sudden she says, "U-P-S! Look Mommy, I typed UPS!"

I looked up and darn right, she DID type it! I was so proud! I gave her hugs and kisses and told her what a great thing that was. Then she wanted to work on typing her name. So we did that and while I know she knows all her letters, I was surprised how well she did on a keyboard where the letters are jumbled and amidst many other keys that can be quite distracting.

After spelling out hers and Bryce's full names, she clearly lost her interest and kept leaning on letters and laughing. And with that, typing time was over.
