And the Comcast Saga Continues...

Comcast actually showed up last night ON TIME and after about 45 minutes of messing with cables, splitters and such, our service was restore. YAY for high speed internet and On Demand working again. Jay was happy and commenced with doing some online bill paying and such. But all was not happy this morning. Our internet was back down along with the On Demand. So guess who I was on the phone with at 8am? Yep, my buddies at Comcast. I spoke with someone seemingly competent and she said the first appointment she had was on Monday. Um, no dice lady - I should be a priority at this point given the trouble I've had. I was put on hold and miracle of miracles, we have an appointment tomorrow, which of course I will be calling to confirm!!! I also made sure they knew that I'm telling EVERYONE I know about how terrible the service is that I've received. And then she told me they are going to start crediting back for my lack of service - which I was previously told couldn't happen until service was restored. Obviously, she knew how angry I was. So the verdict is still out on this one. We shall see....
