Lunch at the Fort

On Friday night, Katie and I decided to meet up at Fort McHenry for lunch and playtime on Saturday. It was a beautiful day and just perfect for a few preschool/toddler kids to run around. Emily and Landon even got their kite up in the air for a bit. Of course, they all ran out of energy as nap time approached. At least Bryce got a good nap out of it, I can't say the same for Caroline.

Emily, Caroline and Bryce all pretty much ran around but didn't play too much together as is usually the case with kids this age. But they all gave one another hugs at the end of the visit.

And despite what Katie might tell you, she looks GREAT (and not that big) for 28 weeks and does not look like she's within 2 months or so of delivery. Caroline has decided now that baby "Tumbles," as she's now calling baby D2, is going to be a girl. But I guess we'll all have to wait until his/her birthday to find out. We can't wait!

Thanks to Katie for introducing us to such a great place to take the kids on a sunny weekend!
