A Couple of Reviews

Jason and I went out to dinner last night - The Oceanaire Seafood Room. He had been to the one in Seattle when he was there in business almost 3 years ago and LOVED it. (He talked about what he had over and over, so I knew that we just had to go when I heard one was opening near us.) It was really great. Such a great atmosphere and wonderful food. It's got a retro 40's decor and feel to it and it seemed that Baltimore's socialites like the place b/c it was pretty interesting to see the types of people coming and going. Our meal was excellent and we'd go back in a heartbeat. The seafood is so fresh and they have such creative prepartions of it. Jason had his signature - flounder stuffed with crab, baby shrimp and brie. I had Japanese scallops which were perfect. Mmmmm! And don't forget the dessert!!!

So for a while now, I've had some beauty products I've been meaning to recommend and thought I'd share. I'm always interested in what is tested and true. So here are mine 4 star items I LOVE:

Dove Shampoo and Conditioner - I had used this stuff for a while and liked it but when my extra large bottles ran out, I bought a new kind. And now as that is running out, I went back to the Dove. I forgot how soft and wonderful my hair is with that stuff.

Crystal Deodorant - Okay, how much can you really say about deodorant, right? Well there is this stuff called Crystal that is made up of salts and while it is not an anti-perspirant, it works amazingly well and has NO scent and leaves no marks. Howard Stern has been talking about it b/c he is freaked out about the chemicals in all of our mainstream deodorants. So I got some at drugstore.com and Jason and I love it. Check this out: Crystal Deodorant

Aveeno Skin Brightening Cleanser - This stuff smells so good and leaves my skin soooo soft. Plus it removes make up really well. I can't say enough about it.

Oil of Olay Daily SPF 15 - I've used this stuff for about 7 years and am a believer. You've gotta wear that sunscreen everyday and this stuff is so light and smells great. I can't go a day w/o it.

I think that is all the product endorsment I can handle for now. Or maybe all you can handle. Enjoy!
