So Caroline says to me the other day, "Mommy, scared." I asked her what she was scared of. She looks at me all seriously and says, "Volcanoes." I almost lost it. I couldn't think of where she heard that. But then I remembered an episode of Dora where Boots lost his ball in a volcano and when the volcano was going to erupt, the ground shook and Dora and Boots got scared. (All that came out of the volcano was rubber no worries.) I just said, "Don't worry Caroline, there are no volcanoes near here." Now she likes to tell everyone she's scared of volcanoes and likes for me to draw her pictures of them every chance I get.

Her other new obsession is hot cocoa. She asks for it all the time and when I get it for her, she'll have a few sips and be done. Oh my little fickle drama queen.
